Zendesk’s illustration style is naturalistic and relatable, with a focus on grounded, real-world elements. It emphasizes the subject with minimal backgrounds and features expressive, thoughtful linework.

I was tasked with growing Zendesk’s illustration library by creating artwork that complements and elevates their existing style—designed to be used across the brand’s various touchpoints. Over the course of the project, I created 100+ custom icons to enrich their visual identity.
